Terms and Conditions

Terms of Business
All hires are subject to Simply Sensational Terms & Conditions and by placing an order with Simply Sensational  either verbally or via e-mail it is deemed that the customer has read, understood and fully agreed to our Terms & Conditions.

Payment
A deposit of 25% of the value of the booking is due on receipt of the invoice to secure the booking, unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking. The outstanding balance will be due 7 days before the event, if your event is sooner than 7 days from order then the full amount is due immediately.

Cancellations
All deposits are non refundable regardless of the circumstances. If your cancellation date is 7 days or more from your event then all monies less your deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be granted if client cancels  7 days prior to your event. We will however exchange your date for a chocolate fountain to the same value in the future if fountain is available.

Hire Period
Whilst every effort is made to ensure our timely arrival on site, in the event of uncontrollable circumstances our liability shall be limited to a pro rata reduction in the hire fee in the event of a delayed start. Alternatively,  or if agreed with the customer the hire shall be extended to recover any lost time from the delayed start. We allow from 30 Minutes to 2 hours to set up comfortably depending on what service is required.  We will not accept liability for any late starts caused by poor site access or delays caused by hirer or late start to fountain access due to venue hosts or guests being delayed.

Power Supply
All equipment requires a 240 volt power supply within 2 metres of the chocolate fountain. If this is not possible, please contact us in advance to ensure that we can make suitable arrangements.

Parking & Venue Access
Site & Site Access & Parking & Tolls must also be arranged where possible.  If no reserved parking is available then any additional costs incurred will be met by or added to the hire cost.

Public Liability Insurance
Simply Sensational have public liability insurance of £1 million

Damage to Equipment
Any damage caused to any equipment owned by Simply Sensational by either guests/venue owners or other 3rd parties including the hirer will be liable.
 On collection or return, if equipment is damaged or unacceptably dirty  the hirer will be subject to a cleaning charge and possible charges in relation to loss of earning if we are unable to complete existing bookings.
